2016 the Last Year for This Valleyfair Ride

The 2016 season at Valleyfair looks like it will be the last for this popular ride at Minnesota's own amusement park in Shakopee.

Yes, according to THIS release, the 2016 season will be the last go-around -- literally -- for the ride known as Enterprise. The release noted that the ride has been a staple at Valleyfair for the last 38 years, originally coming on line back in 1979.

Over 15 and a half million visitors have taken a ride on Enterprise since it first opened, the release said. The ride will officially be retired on Sunday, August 21st.
