Happy St Patrick's Day my friends! Are you ready to ingest an excessive amount of green beer?!? Yeah, I'm not much of a beer fan, either. So, here are some fun cocktails you can try instead!

  • Baby Guinness

You won't be able to drink these all night! Well, you could, BUT either you get gut rot or pass out before the holiday is over. Buy your friends a round of these, or make them at home for the ultimate St. Paddy's Party.

In a shot glass fill it about 2/3rds full with Kahlua, then add a splash of Baileys! It's delicious and looks like a mini-Guinness!

  • Pillow Mint

I haven't tried this, BUT it sounds delightful!

In a rocks glass (short glass) with ice, add a BIG shot (2 ounces) of Irish Whiskey (Jameson), a splash of peppermint schnapps, and Kahlua (half an ounce). Boom, Pillow Mint!

Why's it called a Pillow Mint? Because after a few, you're going to want to go sleepy! Totally kidding, I have no idea why it's called that. I just know a shot of Jameson about does it for this light weight....

  • White Irish

This is a White Russian with an Irish twist! White Russians are my fave, so I'd love to give this one a try. Swap the vodka for Irish Whiskey.

On ice, mix Irish whiskey, Baileys, and cream (equal parts of each), and enjoy!

  • Irish Mule

The Moscow Mule is pretty popular in Rochester! Why not try the Irish version this St. Paddy's Day?

Swap vodka with Jameson (or your favorite Irish whiskey), and instead of ginger beer, use ginger ale. Now it's essentially a Big Ginger in a mule mug

A big (2 ounce) shot of Jameson, 3/4 of a cup of ginger ale, and a lime = Irish Mule!
