It’s no secret that Rochester loves pop, but one brand definitely wins the popular vote.
In an unsuprising move, Pepsi has been chosen as the official beverage vendor for Mayo Civic Center.
KTTC reports, “The Civic Center Commission chose its soft drink contract for the next five years. The members chose between Coke and Pepsi, and also whether to use fountain drinks or bottled drinks. They ended up choosing bottled Pepsi products.”
Why did I use the term “unsurprising”? Well, in my view, it really is an expected move. My assumption is that this was a fiscally responsible decision, given that Pepsi is already in town.
