Advent calendars were always something I looked forward to growing up. Namely, because they contained tasty candy I could eat in the morning before going to school. Aldi's has just put an adult twist on the Advent calendar, and it went on sale today. Aldi's much-sought-after advent calendars are finally in stores nationwide, and they are not gonna be around for long. Aldi's wine advent calendar and cheese advent calendar will be available in grocery stores nationwide while supplies last.

I'm taking my wife out this afternoon in hopes there will still be a wine Advent calendar left at the Faribault location. The wine advent calendar is going to cost you around $70 and comes with 24 mini bottles of red, white, rosé, and sparkling wine, including red blend, Shiraz, Malbec, Pinot Grigio, and Sauvignon Blanc. Due to the high demand as this is the first year the product is available in the U.S., there's a cap of one box per customer, per visit.

The cheese advent calendar is going to run you about $13 and includes 24 imported mini kinds of cheese, including cheddar, Gouda, and Edam. These are capped at 3 boxes per customer, per visit.

The calendars won't be restocked once they're sold out, so make moves early if you want one!
