Another Twin Cities Terror Suspect Arrested

Another Somali-American from Eagan was arrested by the FBI Wednesday night on charges of supplying material support to terrorists in Syria and Iraq, according to federal authorities and court documents.
20 year old Abdirizak Mohamed Warsame was taken into custody by agents without incident about 7 p.m. This is the 10th terrorism suspect arrested in the Twin Cities in the past two years.
Warsame is scheduled to make his first appearance in U.S. District Court in St. Paul this afternoon.
Warsame helped other previously charged Twin Cities men in their attempts to leave the U.S. to fight for ISIS in Syria, according to a criminal complaint filed earlier Wednesday. See more HERE from KSTP.
