What keeps me busy? 3 kiddos, hubby, chickens, 100 lb "puppy" and house renovations (and I'm trying to figure out how to use an Instant Pot). My passion though is helping others and for years I did that by teaching cycle classes, working with cancer survivors and punching a boxing bag.
