Bitter Cold Forecast for Polar Plunge

It's going to be so cold, you'll want to eat some ice cream, just to WARM UP! Winterfest 2016 is in full swing and tomorrow, February 13th is the Polar Plunge. The Plunge happens at Foster Arends Park off of 37th Street NW in Rochester.

The forecast calls for a wind chill advisory from 6 tonight, until 9 tomorrow morning. The high tomorrow will be about 7 above, with a wind chill around -26 below zero. Great weather to jump in icy water, huh?
