Boomer Esiason, the former NFL quarterback and now CBS sports analyst says the Vikings are headed to Houston this February, site of Super Bowl LI.

And, they're not just going as spectators, either. That's right, Boomer says the purple and gold will make it to the Super Bowl this season.

That, of course, is contrary to just about every other NFL analyst, sportswriter and columnist on the planet, who, thanks to Teddy Bridgewater's season-ending knee injury last week, have picked the Vikings to flounder in 3rd or 4th place in the NFC North this season.

Boomer noted recently that last week's addition of quarterback Sam Bradford is the last piece of the puzzle for a team that's "built to go to the Super Bowl right now – and I believe that in my heart.”

Check out Boomer's prediction below. (Note that he doesn't say if he thinks the Vikings will WIN Super Bowl LI, only that they'll get there this season. That's still a refreshing change, though, isn't it?)
