Plainview, MN (KROC AM News) - A car crashed into a boat that was being pulled by a Pine Island man near Plainview Saturday.

The wreck happened on Highway 42 around 10:00 AM.

The Minnesota State Patrol reports a car driven by a 74-year-old man from Mondovi, Wisc. crossed the centerline and collided with the boat/trailer. He and his wife were taken to St Marys Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

The SUV pulling the boat was driven by 36-year-old Robert Olson of Pine Island. A car driven by 41-year-old Yuanguo Wang of Austin was behind Olson’s SUV and struck the boat trailer after it broke loose. No other injuries were reported.
