One of my new year's resolutions (remember those?!?) for this year was to get -- and stay -- a little more active. (Okay, and maybe lose a few pounds along the way too.) I've been doing alright; I either hit the gym, or these days, hit the Cascade Trail on my bike 3 or 4 times a week. I've even started doing a little jogging, and ran in my first 5K race back in July. But, as it turns out, I should have just started Prancercising. That's right, Prancercising. Because, as she says, Prancercising is back in style, baby!
