According to BringMeTheNews, the culinary offerings are designed to tempt your taste buds, and "Will sport original concepts from Andrew Zimmern, the Minneapolis-based three-time James Beard Award-winning TV personality,. Also on the stadium’s roster of Chef’s is Gavin Kaysen, James Beard Award-winning chef and owner of the widely acclaimed Spoon and Stable."

The Vikings are working jointly with the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority, SMG and exclusive hospitality partner Aramark to create quite the food experience. "We are thrilled to partner with these notable and respected Minnesota restaurants and chefs to bring local flavor and variety into U.S. Bank Stadium,” Vikings’ owner and president Mark Wilf said in the story.

The story also noted that there will be more menus announced later this summer, with even more food options. Zimmern summed it up like this, saying, "In today's economy, in today's sports world, going to the stadium is a special event for people," Zimmern said in this ESPN story. "Tickets are hard. Parking's expensive. What you eat in the stadium should reflect that whole experience. If you're going to have a burger, it should be the best burger. If you're going to have a pork sandwich, it should be the best pork sandwich, from the bread to the mustard to everything," Zimmern commented.
