Chris Farley’s ‘Matt Foley’ Endorses the University of Wisconsin

Seeing all those clips of past skits on the SNL 40th Anniversary special a few weeks ago got me thinking about how funny Chris Farley really was. His "Matt Foley: Motivational Speaker" skit is a classic!
