Christmas Tree Lights: White Or Multi-Colored?

While we often hear the usual debate each holiday season over which kind Christmas tree is better-- real, or fake-- but here's a different debate about which I've been wondering: Which kind of Christmas tree lights are better: all-white or multi-colored?

I grew up in a "colored lights" home, so for me, while the all-white lights certainly are festive, it just doesn't seem like Christmas until I see some multi-colored lights. Luckily, my wife is the same, which is why our tree has multi-colored lights on it. We do, though, have some white lights on our shrubs in the front of the house, so it's not like we're totally opposed to all-white lights. But for us, we'd vote for the colored lights. So, which kind of lights are your favorite?
