Tim McGraw recently said how he's an 'analogue guy in a digital age' while talking about how he's not a huge fan of social media. This commercial, for a French paper company, points out how not all analogue things-- like paper, for instance-- is still very much needed.

The commercials hits home for me because my hometown of Wausau, Wis., is noted for being home to several big paper mills. In fact, the entire town was pretty much founded on lumbering and the paper industry, because it's right in the middle of an area of the state where huge stands of pine trees grow. When I was a growing up, if you got a job "at the mill," you were pretty much set.

So, sure, we're not nearly as dependent on paper and other analogue conventions as we once were, but-- and make sure you watch the video until the end-- there are some things that your digital tablet or mobile device just can't replace. Check it out...
