There are a lot of windmills in Southeast Minnesota between Rochester and Austin. To me, they look like a cool artistic project during the day and at night, a synchronized light show. Did you know that just one blade is 17 stories long? And it takes LOT to build the base. Plus, they have to be 'weather-proof' against high winds and more.
