Copycat Recipe – KFC Chicken

I love to cook. I love the taste and presentation of it, too. Maybe I'll be a chef someday when I grow up. I actually have 2 "copycat recipe" cookbooks, too.

I saw this recipe and video and I really want to try it because KFC chicken is SO good.

KFC Chicken homemade “Secret Ingredient” Recipe.

Ingredients: serves 6

FLOUR MIX
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp salt & pepper
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp ground chili powder
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried sage leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder

EGG WASH
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg

4 large chicken breasts
Vegetable oil for frying
