We headed west to check out Garth Brooks' show in South Dakota this weekend... here's what it looked like!

My wife (who's a HUGE Garth fan), somehow got us tickets to see Garth's World Tour at the new Premiere Center in Sioux Falls -- from the 8th row! -- so we decided to make it a weekend in the largest city in South Dakota.

Our tickets were for the 3pm Saturday show, which meant we had to leave Rochester during Saturday morning's thunderstorms. Once we got to Sioux Falls (about 3 and a half hours west of here) it was clear and cool.

We stopped at Falls Park, located right in Sioux Falls, to see the actual water falls for which the city is named. The park was very cool-- and pretty busy. We saw several wedding parties doing the whole pictures thing while we were there.

The Garth show was, as usual, incredible. He still puts on a really great show-- and, we were REALLY close!

After the show, we check into our hotel and headed downtown to grab something to eat and see the sights. We had dinner at a great New Orleans-inspired restaurant, and wandered around until we found a local Sioux Falls brewery (one of our favorite things to do!)

Thanks for checking out my pictures!
