Curt’s Weekend in Five Pictures (Aug 11 – 13)

It was another great weekend here in southeast Minnesota, from a birthday celebration downtown to a hike along the Zumbro River. Here's what it looked like...

Friday night, my wife Katie got together with some friends to celebrate their birthday. We started off with dinner on the porch at Porch and Cellar (I had the brisket again-- it's really good!) and then walked over to have a few drinks on the rooftop bar at La Vetta. It was a perfect night Friday to enjoy the incredible views of Rochester you get from up there!

Saturday, I headed down to Stewartville to the open house at Northridge Place and had a great time. Saturday night, we stayed fired up the grill and binge-watched Friends From College on Netflix. Sunday, we headed out to Oxbow Park and got in a quick 3-mile hike on the Zumbro Trail, which have us a cool view of the mighty Zumbro River.
