Undated (KROC AM News) - There’s word of another fatal traffic wreck in Minnesota during the Memorial Day weekend.

The latest was reported early Monday in northeast Minnesota. St Louis County authorities say an 18-year-old was killed after being ejected from a car that crashed and rolled on a rural road. Four others in the vehicle were treated for non-life threatening injuries.

A 79-year-old Faribault man was killed Friday afternoon after crashing his motorcycle into a pickup truck that pulled in front of him on a rural road near Montgomery. The victim was IDd as Charles Grassinger.

A Twin Cities area man was also killed in a traffic wreck Friday afternoon. The State Patrol says 72-year-old Theodore Beecroft of Fridley lost control of his pickup truck on a rural road near Big Lake and crashed. His wife was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Authorities say four people were killed and five others were injured in a two-vehicle crash near Cornell in northwestern Wisconsin.

It happened around 5 p.m. Saturday when a minivan collided with a pickup truck. Three of those killed were in the van. They were from Eau Claire. A passenger in the truck was the fourth person who died. The site of the crash is about 40 miles northeast of Eau Claire.
