Diabetes prevention fact: Drinking more coffee can reduce the risk of diabetes.

Researchers found that drinking an extra one and half cups of coffee per day over a four-year period reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes by 11%.

As for people hot tea?... Researchers didn’t find a link between drinking more tea and lowering the risk of diabetes.
