Did Val Find The Best Diner In Minnesota?

Finding out-of-the-way diners is amazing! Check this one out!

By now, you guys know that I went back to my native Pittsburgh over the weekend. While we were on our way to the airport in Minneapolis, we decided to stop and eat before boarding the plane.

I love diners, so when I noticed we were near one I suggested that we stop. I'm so glad we did!

Have you been to this diner in St. Paul Park?

If you couldn't guess, we paid a visit to Park Cafe in St. Paul Park - not far from MSP at all!

What was my order? The tastiest one yet! A basic chocolate milkshake and cheeseburger with fries. There's nothing more American than that! haha! Seriously though, this was some of the best food I've had in my life. I've had a lot of burgers in my day too!
