I LOVE being a part of the Quick Country family. I grew up in the area, and feel truly blessed to be a part of Rochester radio! I'm in love with radio, and country music is my favorite, so I couldn't ask for a better job. :) When you don't hear me infecting your airways, chances are you'll catch me on a softball field. I'm a tomboy who's obsessed with shoes, esp heels (don't ask me how that worked out). I've met the man of my dreams, and now am a step mom to the sweetest little boy! I also spend a lot of time with my "mini me" sister
Val grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (yep – she’s a Steelers fan, but she’s warmed up to the Vikings) and graduated from Point Park University in 2012. She’s been part of CBS Radio in Pittsburgh, Studstill Media in Illinois and now calls the Med City home! She and her husband, Will, enjoy Rochester’s craft beers and wine, hiking, and city/country balance. She also has a cat named Pantera – an adorable, long-haired black cat with green eyes! If you want to talk cats (or any animal really), hiking, movies, concerts, or pizza, Val is your girl!

After I met my beautiful wife, we got married (in Jamaica), and moved to Rochester in 2012. In my spare time, I like to get out on the mountain bike, catch House Hunters on TV or try one of Minnesota's many great craft beers
