We lost an hour of sleep over the weekend. I don't know about you, but I tossed and turned all night. To make matters worse, a quarter of us suffer from 'Sunday night insomnia' because of our fears of starting a new working week.

According to a story by the UK's Daily Mail, researchers found that 10 percent of the people surveyed were too worried about their commute on Monday to get a good night’s rest the night before.

The condition is especially bad for people who work jobs that are physically and mentally challenging.

Researchers are calling the condition "Sunday-somnia" and say people need to find ways to deal with that anxiety so it doesn’t their sleep for the rest of the week.
