It's one of my favorite weekends of the year: Daylight Saving Time comes to an end-- and we all get an extra hour of sleep!

That's right, we 'fall back' one hour this Saturday night (well, technically at 2 a.m. Sunday morning) before you head to bed, and we get that hour back that we lost back in the spring.

Our old pal, Daylight Saving Time (and yes, officially, it's singular-- it's not 'Savings' time; it's Daylight Saving Time) is once again coming to an end. But why do we still even move our clocks at all?

The whole 'spring ahead/fall back' thing doesn't really bother me much, even when we lose an hour in the spring. And it's always nice to get that extra hour back, too-- especially this year, since we're heading up to the Target Center Saturday night for the Keith Urban concert.
