The Kingsport, Tennessee police recently arrested Quashanda Wolfe for stealing an entire jewelry display from a Kmart. She used wire cutters to cut a security cable that was attached to the counter display. Wolfe then placed the display in her cart and began wheeling it out of the store. Loss prevention officers caught her and called 911. Wolfe was charged with theft and vandalism. The display and its contents were worth $9,000.
