A few weeks ago an altercation with a pedestrian and police officer in Edina sparked outrage.  A women filmed part of the encounter and it has now been watched over 7 million times.  Many have said the officer acted too harshly.  Others say the officer acted properly.  Others say the treatment of the man was an act of racism.  The Edina Police Department has said that the film isn't complete, since the first several minutes were not caught on camera.  Now, dash cam footage of the minutes after police backup arrived has been released.  Check out some below.
