Diane Salentiny-Wrobleski, a nurse educator at Mayo Clinic, a Cojourner with the Sisters of Saint Francis, and a connoisseur of teas and well traveled among English Tea service here and abroad. She teaches etiquette and tea celebrations through Rochester Community Education. She is also a talented quilter and cook.
