We'd like to invite all couples--engaged or renewing their vows--to celebrate Valentine's Day with us in Rochester!
Newly ordained, Mayor of Rochester- Ardell Brede, will preside over a ceremony on the beach at Foster Arend Park. After you plunge into the invigorating, relationship-reinforcing waters of Foster Arend Lake.
The ceremony will take place at 10:00 am, followed by your Plunge. A brief reception will follow right there at the beach.
