According to this story in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, the Nova restaurant group is planning on opening a two-part restaurant in a new development here in Rochester. Nova, who's based in Eden Prairie, already owns both Chester's Kitchen and Bar, as well as Pescara here in Rochester.

The story says, "The project is going into the H3 Plaza, a seven-story building in the city's downtown.Titan Development and Investments is constructing the $17 million complex, according to the Rochester Post-Bulletin.  Nova's new concept will include a ground-level Italian restaurant, Terza, and an as-yet-unnamed companion bar on the rooftop with 280-degree views of the city, said David Shea, founder of the design firm tasked with the project, Minneapolis-based Shea Inc."

According to the story, if everything goes according to plan, Terza should open May 26th, with the rooftop bar likely opening in June or July. Sounds cool -- I can't wait to try it!
