Five Things You Didn't Know About Tim And Faith

5) Faith was already engaged when they first met.  When Tim and Faith first met back in 1996, Faith was already engaged to a Nashville producer. But according to THIS story, Faith says it didn't matter. "I wasn’t about to let Tim slip through my hands,"  she said.

4) Tim proposed while they were on tour together. THIS story says that as the couple were getting ready to do a show at Country Jam in Grand Junction back in 1996, Tim mentioned to Faith that "I’m really serious. I want you to marry me," the story says. Faith though he was joking, but when he was done performing, she'd written yes with a Sharpie marker on his dressing room mirror. And the rest is history!

3) The don't spend much time apart from each other. While everyone in a relationship needs some alone time, THIS story says Tim and Faith make it a point to not spend too much time away from each other. "Their rule of thumb is not to spend more than three days apart at a time, so Faith will often travel on the road with Tim," the story notes.

2) Tim says Faith saved his life-- literally. Tim has always been open about how much Faith means to him, but THIS story says she literally saved his life-- and got him to stop drinking and partying too much while on tour. "I’d be dead. Oh yeah, I would have partied too hard," Tim said in the story when asked what might have happened had the two not met.

1) They share each other's beauty products!  Now here's one even I didn't see coming. THIS story says that country music's longest-running power couple actually share more than just a love for one another. "Tim always steals my lotion and I always steal his shower gel,” Faith said in the story!
