Florida Georgia Line's collaboration with the Chainsmokers has gone live. During a recent show in Cincinnati, Ohio, Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard met up with the pop act to perform their collaborative new song, "Last Day Alive."

The duo had to step out of their country comfort zone into the world of EDM to get the crowd excited for the performance. Kelley posted a video of the action on his Instagram page, which shows the guys rocking out as they sing: "Promises within the air / Drowning in love affair / The night is young and we are young / Run into the bright lights most nights, now or never / Always and forever the last day alive."

"Last Day Alive" is featured on the Chainsmokers' new 2017 album Memories ... Do Not Open, which debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 chart. FGL's collaboration with the pop duo follows their electrifying performance with the Backstreet Boys at the 2017 ACM Awards where the 90s boy band joined the duo for "God, Your Mama and Me" before launching into their own hit "Everybody."

Hubbard stated in an interview that he thought it would be "cool" to work with the EDM duo, and a week later they were on the phone making plans. "So it’s just funny how we really do feel like it’s kind of a God thing and it was definitely meant to be," he says of the collaboration.

Florida Georgia Line are about to embark on their 2017 Smooth Tour that will include appearances by Chris LaneNelly and the Backstreet Boys, kicking off June 2 in Austin, Texas, and continuing through the fall.
