Fog Advisory Until 10am – List of Schools 2 Hours Late

The National Weather Service has issued a dense fog advisory until 10am this morning for all of SE MN. With that, some schools are starting 2 hours late. They are Fillmore-Central and Howard Winnishek in Northern Iowa.
