It's true! Today, March 15th, 2016 is FREE CONE DAY at all Dairy Queens across America. According to Dairy Queen employee Carrie, who works at the Dairy Queen on the Beltline in Rochester, "Stop by any Dairy Queen and you can get a free small cone, limit one per customer. Offer is good all day until 10pm".
