I have to admit, there are days where it get cold here in the studio's. I sit right below a cold air vent, too. Have you ever left the office and when you get in your hot car, you take a few moments to thaw out. And it's the middle of the summer, too!

An issue for men and women who work in the same office has been agreeing on thermostat settings. They actually have a clear plastic box that they keep locked to prevent us from changing the temp. According to a new study frozen workers make more errors and are less productive. Researchers at an insurance office warmed the office from 68 to 77 degrees for a month. When they did, typos went down by 44 percent and productivity went up by 150 percent.

Plus, the U.S. Department of Energy estimates that you can save about 11 percent on power bills by raising the thermostat from 72 to 77 degrees. Go figure, huh? - Alan
