If you watch any Minnesota Wild games on FSN this fall and winter (and Twins games next spring), you'll see a new face on the broadcasts.

Fox Sports North announced Wednesday that Audra Martin will be joining the broadcast team as a sideline reporter and host, covering Wild hockey as well as Twins baseball. She replaces Jamie Hersch, who recently left FSN for a position with NHL Network.

FSN says Martin will make her debut on Sunday, Oct. 18, and will host her first Wild telecast on Oct. 25th. And she's making the move to Minnesota from Tennessee.

"Martin moves to the Twin Cities from Nashville, where she worked as a sports anchor and reporter at WKRN and sideline reporter for the Tennessee Titans. Prior to that role, she served as sports anchor/reporter at WAAY-TV in Huntsville, Alabama and sideline reporter for the Atlanta Thrashers. Martin also spent time working within the Atlanta Braves organization.

A Chicago native, Martin was a two sport (softball, cheerleading) high school athlete. She went on to pursue a degree in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Central Florida," the story said.

Here's a quick video welcome Martin posted on YouTube...
