That's if, of course, you have an extra nearly $3 million dollars laying around. Because that's what it'll you'll need to shell out to fully purchase the former home of the creator of Minnesota Public Radio's 'A Prairie Home Companion.'

According to this TwinCities.com story, Keillor first listed the home for sale back in early September. For the cool price of just $2.495 million. But-- hey, it does come with five bedrooms and nine bathrooms and is located right there on Summit Avenue in the swanky Cathedral Hill neighborhood in Saint Paul.

According to the Duddington Group, a Saint Paul realty firm, the house (a "Georgian Revival estate") was built in 1919 and has 10,207 square feet. It comes complete with a 2-car attached garage. And, if you're curious, the property taxes on a little 'ol shack like that are going to run roughly $41,672. (At least, that's what they were in 2018-- Ramsey County may have increased them for this year.

If you're interested-- and seeing as it's been on the market now for over 4 months, maybe you can get a better deal!-- check out the full listing at the Duddington Group website!
