If  you've ever been driving down I-90 or maybe Highway-14 or 52 and have had a car blow by you in the left lane, only to see them pulled over by the Minnesota State Patrol a few miles down the road, you'll get a kick out of this video!

Here in Minnesota, we're used to getting snow-- so the temptation to be pulled on skis behind a car during a snow emergency isn't as high as it apparently is in Detroit, where this video took place. Being pulled on skis behind a car on a city street isn't legal in Michigan, as this guy finds out. The best part, though, is that it all went down on live TV!  (While the guy skis past the live TV car at only :15 seconds in, fast-forward to 1:50 in the video to see the police make their appearance...)
