I'm making the switch away from caffeine.

Since the beginning of the year, I've also been drinking less pop and trying to cut down on the calories.

I thought I was doing good in avoiding caffeine by drinking water. Last Thursday, I had a bottle of water and poured some of flavor enhancer into it. I drank about three bottles, and by the time I got home, I was bouncing off the walls. Turns out – the flavor enhancer I poured into my water was LOADED with caffeine.

Other than that, my transition away from pop has been relatively seamless. Have you ever given up pop? Was it hard?
