Well, as of now, I am just over a week in to my 10 week body transformation. Here's my honest opinion of the program:
I LOVE IT!
Every muscle in my body hurts, BUT I feel stronger and better than ever!
The instructors are fun and motivating. They are there to help, as are the fellow members.
Punching a bag is like therapy. All the stress of the day leaves your body through those gloves.
They're going to be stuck with me for quite sometime!
