I've been going to the same Christmas parties for 26 years (I'm talking family). I know exactly which desserts are going to get me, and which ones I most definitely will avoid. My mom and aunt both make STELLAR cheesecake (they are evil). On the other side, my aunt makes these ridiculously delicious peanut butter balls - you NEVER can eat just one! Now I have a whole lot more to worry about with my fiance's mom! She makes REAL Puerto Rican food INCLUDING the drinks (yeah, I'm a lucky, lucky girl teehee). It's okay to binge for one day, but when you have back to back Christmas gatherings, we have a major problem.
