It's nice to be back in the studio after a week off in Bermuda with my girlfriend and her kids. Bermuda was truly a different vacation experience for me. It's about 500 miles east of South Carolina, in the Atlantic Ocean.

We had a blast visiting many different locales, from a "perfumery" to an old English fort from 1600. As you can see in the pictures below, we were at the Lili Bermuda Perfume Factory. The little bottles are the scented oils and then they add water and alcohol to the big jugs. They sell it for around $80 an ounce.

On the last day we visited, we went to a cricket match. If you've never watched a cricket match, it's pretty long. The average game is about 8 hours long! We left after 2 1/2 hours because we were getting cooked in the sun. Later, we had tea and crumpets and fish and chips. I felt very British.

The beaches were great and the swimming was fun. On 'Sleyy Bay Beach', you could walk out for about 300-400 yards, which is a long way in the water.

Living there is expensive, as a gallon of gas costs around $9.00. Milk was about $6.00 a gallon. We bought a box of Stove Top stuffing and it was $3.77 a box. I think it's about a buck here.

And you can't rent a car there. Everyone has to get around by bus or cab and the people who live there can only own one car per family. And they drive on the left side of the road.
All in all, we had a blast and can't wait for our next adventure!
