Little Debbie set off a wave of panic online last week when it suggested one of its famous products would be retiring from store shelves here in Minnesota.

I don't know about you, but I love me some Little Debbie! We used to have just about all of her line of snack cakes around our house at one time or another. But is one product really going away for good?

The furor started late last week when the snack brand tweeted a picture of four snack cakes-- Oatmeal Creme Pies, Christmas Tree Cakes, Nutty Buddy and Honey Buns-- with the hashtag "One gotta go forever."

Then Little Debbie made it seem even more ominous with the follow up tweet that read, "We didn't say it would be easy."

So which one could be disappearing from Minnesota store shelves? Well, as it turns out, none of them-- they're all safe.

"None of the products we listed on the Twitter post are in danger of going away," McKee Foods (Little Debbie's parent company) spokesperson Mike Gloekler told TODAY Food in this story. "Our Little Debbie social media team thought it would be fun to get in on the #OneGottaGo Twitter meme, which asks a fairly tough question — if you had to live without one of four things you really love, which would it be?" he said in the story.

Whew! That's a relief. I'm not sure I was ready for a world without Little Debbie's Christmas Tree Cakes... and just weeks before the holidays officially start, too!
