Is This Dog A Packer Fan or Just Happy Football Is On?

This has to be one of the strangest dog video's I've ever seen. This is one happy dog, knowing the game is on....OR...is the dog a re-incarnation of a Packer fan? It looks like this is from last Thursday when the Packers lost.
