When the winter weather gets cold here in Minnesota-- and I mean really cold, like it was yesterday and today, and when the mercury struggles to get above zero-- there are a few things you can only do here.

Sure, it's cold in other parts of the country too. But only here in Minnesota and Wisconsin do we really celebrate and embrace the cold. Our double-digit below zero lows are a sort of badge of honor we proudly display on Facebook or when we tell people who live elsewhere just how cold it's been during this cold snap. (For the record, it was 16 below zero at our place this morning.)

And take the guy in this video. He's created an entire series of videos that celebrate the cold weather by doing things you just can't do someplace where the weather is warmer. Like freezing your trampoline, and then jumping on it.
