Of course, it'll cost you over half a million dollars, though. The asking price of Ventura's former 5-bed and 5-bath home on Walnut Grove Lane in Maple Grove is listed at $719,900, according to THIS listing from the realty firm of Necklend and Oakland.

The Minnesota Business Journal also notes that, "The five-bedroom home was owned byJesse Ventura before he was Minnesota's governor from 1999 through 2002, said co-listing broker Glenn Necklen of Maple Grove-based Necklen & Oakland. Ventura doesn't own the home any more; the current owner is selling to relocate. It's believed the wrestling legend-turned politician owned the home while he was the Mayor of Brooklyn Park during the early ’90s."

So just what does almost three-quarters of a million dollars get you these days? Well, BringMeTheNews says, “Custom built on 1+ manicured acres providing ultimate privacy & beautiful pond views, located in the premier Delgany community in the heart of Maple Grove,” the listing says. The house comes with a “grand 2-story foyer” with a “breathtaking winding staircase,” as well as containing three suites, a three-car garage, an “open chef’s kitchen,” and a hot tub for good measure."

Sure, why not? You can afford an over $4,100 mortgage payment, right? (And that's with $35,000 down!)
