Thanksgiving officially kicks off the holiday season, a time when we celebrate many different time-honored traditions. Like this Jimmy Kimmel holiday classic from… two years ago! 

As a side note, I used to work at a radio station back in Wisconsin that would start playing all-Christmas music the Saturday before Thanksgiving, as many stations did last Saturday.

Hearing all those Christmas songs usually did put me in the holiday spirit, but I often wondered why there weren’t at least a couple of songs written specifically about Thanksgiving (outside of the four I found HERE). Fortunately, Jimmy Kimmel noted the same thing– and two years ago, did something about it.

Thanks to singer Meghan Trainor (who did her song “All About That Bass” as a duet with Miranda Lambert at the CMA Awards a couple of years ago and also co-wrote Rascal Flatts' "I Like The Sound of That"), Jimmy last year put together some updated songs all about Thanksgiving…
