One of the perks of becoming a star is being able to put your time and talent to people and organizations that mean something to you. On Monday (April 30), Kane Brown made a fulfilling visit to Loma Linda University Children's Hospital (LLUCH) to spend time some time with the patients being treated there.

During his visit, 24-year-old Brown spent time at the LLUCH Toyota Learning Center, where he was able to have a little bit of fun playing games and sharing stories with the young patients. He also took advantage of the opportunity to share a bit of his own story of his struggles in school, and inspire the kids to never give up trying, no matter how bad the situation looks. Many of the patients were, in fact, Kane Brown fans, with one lucky 5-year-old getting a big hearty hug after their visit.

It says a lot to see Brown make room in his schedule for such a heartwarming visit, especially since things have been so busy as of late for the Georgia native. He's still coming off the buzz of his sultry ACM Awards performance of "What Ifs" with Lauren Alaina, and he recently released a brand new collaboration with global chart-topping singer-songwriter Camila Cabello — a new version of "Never Be the Same."

Brown will head back out on the road with Chris Young on May 3, and will live out much of his summer on the tour, which includes a performance at the Taste of Country Festival in New York on June 8.
