First it was Keith Urban that announced he was coming back to Minnesota on his upcoming world tour, and now Luke Bryan has done the same thing!

Yes, earlier Tuesday on his app, Luke Bryan announced a string of ball park and stadium dates on his 2016 Kill The Lights tour-- including playing a date at the Minnesota Vikings brand new U.S. Bank Stadium this summer!

According to LukeBryan.com, Luke's summer leg of his 2016 tour will play U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis on Friday, August 19th. That concert will be the first, of any artist, in the brand-new U.S. Bank Stadium.

Tickets for Luke's 2016 Kill the Lights Tour shows are scheduled to go on sale in select markets (I'm not sure if that includes his Minnesota date or not) as part of Live Nation’s Country Megaticket beginning on Jan. 29. Complete onsale information is available on Luke’s official website.

Most of Luke’s 2016 shows, including the brand-new dates, will feature Little Big Town and Dustin Lynch as his special guests. No word, though, if additional acts will be joining Bryan for his stadium and ballpark shows.

If you can't see him here in Minnesota, Luke's Kill The Lights tour is also playing at Summerfest in Milwaukee, Wis. on July 7th, as well as in Cedar Falls, Iowa on February 20th.
