As he gears up for his headlining 2019 Beer Never Broke My Heart Tour, Luke Combs has a calendar crowded with touring highlights and "firsts." Not only will the country star be joining forces with opening acts Lanco and Jameson Rodgers for the first leg of the run, but he'll be graduating to a new venue size, headlining arena shows for the first time in his career.

In the summer of 2019, however, Combs has even more to be excited about: On Friday (Dec. 7), the singer shared with fans that he's planning outdoor shows for select dates in 2019.

"We are taking the shows outside this summer for some really awesome select amphitheater dates," Combs explained in an Instagram post. "I'll be bringing one of my best buddies and co-writers, Ray Fulcher. Also, Mr. Cody Johnson is gonna be joining us on these outside concerts."

Included in the singer's assembly of outdoor shows will be performances in Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. While Combs did not specific the exact dates when the shows will take place, nor did he say exactly when tickets would be going on sale, he did say that his Bootlegger Fan Club would be able to purchase tickets "very soon."

"Stay tuned. Can't wait to see you this summer," Combs added in his Instagram post. "It's gonna be hot, it's gonna be sweaty, it's gonna be fun. New songs, new music, all coming this year. Can't wait to see you guys on the road. Love you guys."
