Dodge Center, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a traffic crash involving an area high school baseball team in Dodge County.  

The three vehicle wreck happened around 3 p.m. Thursday on Highway 56 near Dodge Center.

The Patrol says a Lyle School District bus and two vehicles were northbound on the highway at the time. The collision occurred when the two vehicles slowed for another car that had pulled onto the highway. The only injury reported was to 40 year old Jason Gnagey of Byron, the driver of one of the other vehicles. He was taken to St. Mary’s for treatment of injuries described as non-life threatening.

The bus was taking the Lyle-Pacelli high school baseball team to a tournament game. The players weren’t hurt but it was decided to postpone their game.
